Today, we offer you some cute little muffins!
For this recipe, we recommend using our Premium Matcha, and Organic Premium Matcha
Dry ingredients:
- Wheat flour - 125 gr
- Light cane sugar - 70 gr
- Premium/Premium Organic Matcha - 2 gr.
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt – 1/4 tsp.
- Vanilla – 1 pod or 1/4 teaspoon vanillin
Wet ingredients:
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml (olive or liquid ghee)
- Milk - 80 ml
- Egg – 1 small or only white/yellow.
Preparation :
- Separately sift the flour with the other dry ingredients: matcha, sugar, baking powder, vanilla, salt. In another bowl, mix, without whisking, the wet ingredients: butter, egg, milk.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients (not the other way around😉) and mix gently. Do not stir for too long, this will make the muffins softer - your task is just to gently stir the mass.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put the dough in paper capsules, filling them 3/4 full. It is better to take 2 capsules for each cupcake, it is convenient to use metal cupcake molds by inserting the paper with dough into them.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and a dry knife tip 🙌
